What does IoTBlitz do?
IoTBlitz provides end-to-end Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions. We build custom hardware sensors, edge gateways, and cloud-based analytics dashboards to help businesses monitor their machines, energy usage, and assets in real time.
Do I need to replace my existing machines to use your IoT solutions?
No. We specialize in non-invasive retrofitting. We can integrate our sensors and gateways with your legacy PLCs, SCADA systems, or analog machines without interrupting your current operations.

Are your devices suitable for harsh industrial environments?
Yes. Our custom hardware can be designed with IP67 or IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance, and can withstand extreme temperatures, vibrations, and electromagnetic interference.
How secure is my data?
Security is our top priority. We use TLS/SSL encryption for all data in transit and AES-256 for data at rest. We also implement strict Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) so only authorized personnel can view your dashboards.
What connectivity protocols do your devices support?
Our edge gateways support a wide range of protocols including Wi-Fi, 4G LTE, Ethernet, LoRaWAN, MQTT, Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet, and OPC-UA.
Software & Dashboards
Can I access my dashboard on my mobile phone?
Yes. All our web dashboards are fully responsive and designed to work seamlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones.
Can you integrate with my existing ERP or CRM?
Absolutely. We provide REST APIs and webhooks that allow our IoT data and alerts to flow directly into your existing software like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom applications.
How do alerts work?
You can configure custom thresholds for any sensor (e.g., if a motor's temperature exceeds 80°C). When a threshold is breached, our system can instantly send alerts via Email, SMS, WhatsApp, or push notifications.
