1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by IoTBlitz ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services or website.
2. Use of Services
IoTBlitz provides industrial IoT hardware, software dashboards, and related consulting services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- You will not use our platform to transmit any malicious code.
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, custom hardware specifications, and software platforms developed by IoTBlitz remain the exclusive property of IoTBlitz unless specifically outlined in a separate enterprise agreement. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the software and dashboards provided to you as part of your service agreement.
4. Data Ownership & Usage
You retain ownership of all raw data generated by your equipment and sensors. By using our services, you grant IoTBlitz a license to process, store, and analyze this data to provide our services to you. We may also use aggregated, anonymized data to improve our algorithms and platform capabilities.
5. Hardware Warranty
Custom IoT hardware provided by IoTBlitz comes with a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modifications, or extreme environmental conditions beyond the hardware's specified IP rating.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IoTBlitz shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our services or hardware.
7. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
For enterprise customers, specific uptime guarantees and support response times are governed by your individual Service Level Agreement. Standard platform users are provided access on an "as-is" basis.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email or through the dashboard. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
